Smart Logic Simulator Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Smart Logic Simulator mobile application and its related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by WrAppTec – TOMASZ CZART (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Agreement to Terms

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may need to change these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms within the app or on our website, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Accounts

  • Account Creation
    To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.
  • Account Responsibility
    You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at helpSmartLogicSimulator@gmail.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

  • Premium Services
    Parts of the Service are available free of charge, while other features may require payment (“Premium Services”).
  • Device Usage Limit
    A purchase of Premium Services grants you a license to use these services on a maximum of two (2) different devices simultaneously under the same user account. Use on more than two devices at the same time may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Premium Services.
  • Billing
    When you purchase Premium Services, you will be billed by the mobile application platform you use (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store). All billing and transaction processes are handled by the respective platform provider and are governed by their terms and conditions. Please review the terms of service of your platform provider.
  • Refunds
    All refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the application platform (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) through which the purchase was made.

Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates these Terms.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Service.
  • Circumvent any technological measure implemented by us or any of our providers to protect the Service.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WrAppTec – TOMASZ CZART and its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so by contacting us at helpSmartLogicSimulator@gmail.com or through the account deletion feature within the Service, if available.

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability and Responsibility

  • Hardware: This Service uses a variety of hardware APIs (e.g., camera for flashlight, vibration). While highly unlikely, prolonged or improper use might cause damage to your device. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not take any responsibility for any damages that our Service may cause to your device. You use it at your own risk.
  • General Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WrAppTec – TOMASZ CZART, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
